I am a widow for seven years now and my kids say it's about time I start going out and doing things. I'd like to go out to the country dance clubs with my kids and their spouses but I don't like being the "fifth wheel" so I'd like to find a partner to take along. I'd like to find a partner to go out to eat with and or go with to a movie. I'd just like to meet new friends. I only hang out with my children if I am not at work. I love my children but I need my own friends too. For my sake and for my children's sake. I'm just not sure if I'm ready to get new friends by doing it this way!!

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
I'm wanting to meet a nice, trusting person who is just wanting to be friends (at least to start with). I want to meet somebody who does not have to drink to have fun. And I prefer to meet somebody who does not smoke. They must have a job or be retired from a job and be financially stable in their own life. It's definitely a plus if they like animals because I am an animal lover. I like to spend time with my children and sharing that with somebody would be extra special, and getting to know your family in return.
