My most rewarding position I ever held in Civil Service was working at UCLA with creating Midshipmen for the US Navy and Marines.

Where have you lived and traveled so far? Where would you like to go?
I have traveled part of USA and Canada, have lived in Hawaii on Maui, and spent nearly all my life in California. I would truly love to travel the world and see all, and experience the different cultures of the world. Mexico doesn't do anything for my appetite for adventure.

I have a very interesting family which are basically my children, grandchildren, greatchildren, and their better half families. Most of my maternal and paternal family have passed away.

Wow, there is alot I have enjoyed, too numerous to mention. I do love comedy movies, certain things on t.v. amusement parks, some books and concerts.

What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it?
I am retired and loving every minute of it. I do volunteer my time to help senior nursing homes be better to seniors.

What do you enjoy doing for fun?
I love fishing, have snow skis but no one to ski with. Enjoy going to movies, amusement parks, playing bingo when I can find a good place to go. Like to dance and enjoy the beaches and mountains.

What do you hate doing?
Anything that might hurt my body...LOL

Tell about where you grew up or where you are from.
I was born in Ok, raised in CA on dairy farm. Have had city life and country life, prefer country life. Don't like crowds; however, do enjoy family gatherings. I am somewhat shy when you meet me, but warm up once I get to know you.

Do you have pets? Tell about them.
I have a pomeranian that is about 15 yrs old, been with me for all her life practically. She is a loyal pal to me. After she is gone, don't want another pet.

What would you say is your best virtue?
I would have to say my sensitivity to others and my family. I am a giver, not a taker. I have great empathy to others.

What was the most daring / wild thing you have ever done?
Going on amusement park scary rides, that totally take your breath away. Have to be with someone I totally trust to ride on them.

What terrifies you?
I would have to say, sky diving, would like to try it but not sure I would actually do it. Going down the rapids on the Colorado River, might try it, not sure, depends on who I am with. I am also scared of heights, even tho I love to fly places.

If you were on a deserted island, and you could choose 3 items to take, what would they be?
a roll of plastic to ensure I could get fresh water, seeds for planting for food, and a cow for fresh milk. I am a country gal and a survivor.

How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?
I could be in better shape, and I know if I find someone special to enjoy more things I will be in better shape.

My chemistry takes over when I read a profile or look at a photo, the second is what I read about them, and third is meeting them.
